The service

Scripta is a personal writing practice service that helps users structure writing, practice repeatedly, and review assessments and feedback. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in account secure.
• Google sign-in is handled through Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
• You must notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized use of your account.

User content

You retain your rights in content you write or upload. You allow Scripta and its processors to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the assessments and feedback you request.

You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

AI assessments and feedback

AI results are learning aids and may not always be accurate or complete. Do not rely on AI results for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Credits and payments

• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
• Credits may be used only for designated Scripta features and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Payments, receipts, and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Refunds follow applicable law and the payment provider’s policies. Used credits may be excluded from refunds except where required by law or when a service error occurred.

Prohibited use

• Accessing the service or another account without authorization
• Sending malware, excessive automated requests, or otherwise disrupting the service
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Reselling or commercially reproducing the service without permission

Changes and interruptions

We may change or temporarily suspend features for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or product improvement. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Limitation of liability

We operate Scripta with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every AI result. To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending use

You may request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, or legal requirement.
